About Tschüss
Tschüss is a neighborhood cocktail bar on Cherokee Street built around one simple idea: life is too short for mediocre places.
We're interested in what happens around the cocktail as much as what's in it. Good music. Good conversation. A room that feels alive. The kind of place you return to without really thinking about it.
The name Tschüss (pronounced "choos") is a simple German goodbye. The kind that assumes you'll see each other again soon.
That's always been our hope for this place.
Founded by artists and cultural organizers who believe St. Louis deserves extraordinary places to gather, Tschüss was built as a neighborhood cocktail bar where great drinks, good music, and genuine hospitality make it easy to linger, easy to return, and easy to become a regular.
Since opening our doors, we've become home to DJs, karaoke, film nights, seasonal cocktails, and a growing community of regulars, but the idea hasn't changed. We believe the Midwest is a place where culture is made, not just consumed, and we're proud to be part of that story.
